Visually track your operation’s equipment issues and repair status.  This product allows your team to determine equipment repair priorities and assure repair resources are being allocated most effectively.  This product allows for visual communication for all employees and between shifts.   A visual key tool for managing in a Lean Work environment.

The Equipment Repair Status dry erase product comes on three substrate options:

1)Removable Low Tack Vinyl that can be applied to smooth surfaces.  It features a low tack removable adhesive that won’t damage painted walls

2) Unframed 3mm Composite Board (Adhesive Tape Included for mounting to flat surfaces)

3) Magnetic Board with Aluminum Frame & Marker Tray (Mounting Hardware included)

When you order a custom printed product from Industry Visuals, we want to ensure that the print quality of your product is the best it can be. In order for that to happen there are some preferred file types that are more suitable for large format printing. Artwork that is not in one of the preferred file types might look rough around the edges, pixilated etc. when it is enlarged to meet the size of the product you are ordering. If you are unsure if your files are going to be appropriate to use, you can submit your files to us, and we can let you know if something needs to be done to your file to make sure you receive a high-quality finished product.

PDF     PDF File

AI        Adobe Illustrator File – Please provide all vector files (Illustrator) in CMYK format

PDF     Adobe Photoshop File

JPG     JPG or JPEG

Recommended Resolution

For all raster files (Ex. JPGs or an image file linked through an AI file), 300 dpi is recommended for a perfect print job.
