This Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale (SQDCM) Operational Metric Board is used to bring all of your metrics and operation’s efforts into focus in one location for all employees to see and review daily. It promotes focus, communication and team effort of your operation’s core measures.
Each Metric comes with three 8.5″ x 11″ landscape mounted acrylic sign holders to allow your team to display metrics, results and countermeasures to improve each metric. It is mounted on 4 foot by 6 foot wide 3mm polymetal board to provide rigidity and ability to easily mount on wall, backing board or easel. (cart/easel not included)
